Our team is passionate about transforming ideas into visually stunning, intuitive, and valuable products.

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and improving user interfaces that match our clients’ and their users’ needs, ensuring a seamless and desirable user experience that represents their brand. Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs, conducting research, creating wire-frames and mock-ups, and collaborating closely with product managers and developers to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

What we need you to do:

  • Partner with clients, stakeholders, product managers, and technical leads to define vision, success metrics, and roadmaps for product features.
  • Ability to present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders, framing them in terms of business value and user outcomes.
  • Own the UX/UI design process within cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with product managers and developers to ensure user-centered, high-impact solutions from concept to launch.
  • Develop and own key deliverables, including empathy maps, user roles/personas, user flows, wireframes, style tiles, mock-ups, prototypes, and documentation ensuring they reflect user needs, support product goals, and adhere to design best practices appropriately.
  • Leverage client brand guidelines and develop designs that are in line with the established brand standards.
  • Create, utilize, and extend visual patterns, design systems and assets for mobile and web applications that are easy to use and appropriately documented.
  • Plan and participate in user research.
  • Contribute to testing of implemented features to ensure the designs translate effectively into the built experience and meets user needs.
  • Support and contribute to the evolution of our design systems and processes, helping ensure consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across projects.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to other designers and cross-functional teammates; foster a collaborative culture within the team.

Skills we expect you to bring:

  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of leading mobile and web projects.
  • Formal training in design, business, communication, technology, or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • The ability to apply design thinking to understand user problems, explore user-centered designs, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Strength in efficiently designing responsive layouts and components through wireframes and mock-ups, with consideration of accessibility standards (eg. WCAG 2.1), best practices for interface and experience designs, and constraints within a project.
  • The ability to create, maintain, and follow design languages and systems.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional agile teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to foster alignment, give and receive constructive feedback, and hold cross-functional teammates accountable to shared goals and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with clear articulation of design decisions and rationale appropriate to the audience.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma (required), Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
  • Proven ability to lead complex design initiatives, mentor designers, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and utilization of AI to supplement processes while maintaining a critical eye on the outputs.
  • Experience and/or interest in managing teams is a plus.
