Job Description****Primary Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using Azure services.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud resources and performance.
- Work with Azure compute, storage, database, and networking services including Azure VMs, AKS, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, VNETs, VPNs, and ExpressRoute.
- Manage Azure Active Directory, RBAC configurations, and security policies.
- Build, manage, and optimize Databricks environments for advanced analytics and large-scale data processing.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL pipelines integrated across various data sources.
- Optimize Databricks performance, cluster configurations, and cost management.
- Write, maintain, and version Terraform code to automate provisioning of cloud infrastructure.
- Implement strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices ensuring repeatability, consistency, and compliance.
- Build, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, deployments, and testing.
- Work with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
- Ensure DevOps workflows follow security and compliance requirements.
- Document architecture, configuration standards, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Cloud or DevOps Engineering with strong focus on Azure.
- Proven hands-on experience with Databricks and related data engineering workflows.
- Expert-level knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps automation practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud governance.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, or equivalent preferred.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies and modern data ecosystem tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated financial environment.
