What to Expect:

As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be working on projects across the highly strategic Starbucks Coffee Enhancers portfolio. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop strategic recommendations, drive product launches, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, all while deepening your expertise in brand building. You will also:

A day in the life:

  • Provide fact-based analytical data to support consumer and customer initiatives and to drive portfolio profitability and growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of key Innovation & Renovation projects, collaborating and influencing effectively across various partners to implement with excellence
  • Lead all launch related initiatives and communication, including research, volume builds, packaging & product development, as well as launch presentations, sales kits and samples for sales
  • Lead packaging, pricing, promotional, merchandising and distribution strategies to support brand & category plans
  • Prepare and present monthly brand and competitive performance reviews vs. critical metrics using available data tools such as AC Nielsen, to provide a complete understanding of category dynamics and business health
  • Support and in some instances lead team processes such as budget management & tracking and monthly priority status meetings
  • Leverage brand, consumer, and marketplace data to recommend marketing strategies, and activities for the 18-Month Brand Plan (aligned with 3 Year Brand Roadmap and learning from previous years)
  • Support and collaborate with internal team members and external collaborators across various initiatives and high-profile launches

Role Requirements

  • A University degree or equivalent experience in Business or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience. CPG experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient digital literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other MS applications.
  • Must be able to manage change and evolve in a fast-paced dynamic and matrix environment.

  • An understanding of commercialization process within CPG with ability to leverage Nestlé processes, resources, and environment
  • A self-motivated attitude, and be results focused, curious with strong analytical skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and innovative problem solver.
  • A passion to build and grow brands, with ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • An ability to lead change and evolve in a fast-paced dynamic environment
