Description RBJ Schlegel Support Office (operating as Schlegel Urban Developments) located in Kitchener, Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team onsite.

As a Receptionist Joining Support Office, You Will

  • Have an office administration certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Perform reception duties for all RBJ Schlegel businesses operating out of the Support Office.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences for incoming queries, managing office and supplies, scanning and printing documents, update and organize the Global Directory 3 times a year.
  • Arrange pick-up and retrieval for our off-site storage, Records Xpress. Liasson between Villages & Records Xpress. Ensure spreadsheets are up to date.
  • Reconcile invoices by coding and submitting to AP for payment, monitor and add funds to postage machine and assist team members, as needed.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other computer programs, monitor and respond to all incoming phone calls and “Website” emails.
  • Organize corporate events, order lunches, support the Williamsburg Summer Community Festival, and RBJ Schlegel communications.
  • Be a part of Joint Health and Safety Committee, assist with quarterly office inspections, ensure that the First Aid Kit is stocked and attend quarterly meeting and take minutes.
  • Prepare orientation packages, assist with the On-boarding documents for all new employees and compile presentation packages for training.
  • Receive, prepare and distribute all mail and courier packages.
  • Book and set up Boardroom for meetings, clean up and look after equipment services and repairs after meeting.

It Would Be An Asset If You Have

  • Previous experience working in the context of an office environment.
