Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation Saint John, New Brunswick Today is the day to boost your career! Pinchin is seeking an Environmental Technologist to join our Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation team in our New Brunswick operations.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Environmental Technologist will learn about the business, build a professional network and work closely with senior professionals in the industry. Every day will enhance your knowledge, skills and passion for what you do.
A Day in the life of an Environmental Technologist at Pinchin:
- Perform Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments
- Conduct groundwater monitoring and sampling programs
- Monitor underground storage tank removal programs
- Perform testing and oversee environmental remediation work
- Prepare reports with recommendations
- Liaise with clients and contractors
- Develop business development skills to continue existing client relationships and build new ones
What You Bring To The Pinchin Team
- A degree or diploma in a related discipline, preferably in environmental technology, science or engineering
- Relevant experience in environmental consulting will be considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Valid driver’s license, insurance & personal vehicle (work related travel expenses will be compensated)
- Availability to travel for work within New Brunswick. Occasional travel within Atlantic Canada, other jurisdictions and provinces might be required
- Availability to work outside of core business hours
