Talley, LLC is expanding to the Canadian market and actively looking for an experienced Key Account Lead that is tenacious, creative, driven, and self-motivated to penetrate this new geography. This is a great opportunity to introduce the Talley wireless brand and its compelling wireless offer to Canada. A successful person will learn and convey the Talley LLC culture to business customers, build national accounts and key account revenue across the Canadian Territories, take ownership of developing and executing field sales calls/ call-out strategies to service accounts, mine existing customers for referral business, and identify new business leads. Talley LLC, takes pride and ownership of premier quality customer service.

Own and grow the Bell Canada and other carrier relationships across wireless and wireline product portfolios by delivering speed, compliance, and total cost advantages through Talley Canada’s one-stop portfolio and hub-based kitting and delivery. Drive revenue toward the 2026 goal via ABM plays, SLAs, pilot programs, and multi-stakeholder engagement.

Key Outcomes (12–24 months) -
- Revenue: Deliver $2.0–$2.5M incremental revenue in 2026 across wireline and wireless, pacing to contribute to our total North American Target; build roadmap to $6–10M by year 3 within Bell.
- Coverage: 3–4x pipeline coverage maintained; >30% win rate in named Bell programs; quote-to-order conversion >40% for contractor-facing Bell build partners.
- Speed/Compliance: Meet or exceed SLAs (quotes <72h for carrier, BOM validation <5 business days; delivery 24–72h for stocked items via hub). Embed Ecovadis Gold and Canadian supply chain proofs in all proposals.
- Adoption: Secure at least one MSA/blanket PO pathway, plus 2–3 pilot bundles (backhaul + DC power + grounding) with documented SLA performance.
- Stakeholder engagement: Map and actively manage 15–25 Bell stakeholders across Engineering, Procurement, PMO, field ops, compliance, and finance.
Responsibilities
Account Leadership and ABM

Build and execute an account plan for Bell: segment programs (wireline middle-mile, FTTx/backhaul; wireless macro/small cell/DAS; DC power/grounding), timeline, revenue targets, and risk mitigations.

Develop stakeholder maps (Engineering, Procurement, PMO, regional build teams, standards/compliance) and orchestrate multi-touch engagement.

Run preferred-vendor pathway: drive MSA/blanket PO discussions, align SLAs and compliance requirements, and structure regional stocking via Mississauga (and Edmonton once live)
Sales Execution and Opportunity Management
- Own pipeline creation and deal progression: discovery, BOM capture, compliance checks, pricing, and negotiation; coordinate with inside sales for rapid quoting
- Propose pilot bundles that combine backhaul + DC power + grounding; use hub-based kitting for speed and cost/TCO advantages.
- Anchor proposals to speed (response/lead-time), compliance (Ecovadis Gold, Canadian supply chain), and total cost (one-stop sourcing, reduced admin/site delays).
OEM and Solution Alignment -
- Align Carrier customer standards to our OEMs: Wireless (Andrew, JMA, RFS Technologies, 3M, Times Microwave, Galtronics, ICT) and Wireline (Emtelle, Prysmian, Hubbell, Gigamedia, AFL, Charles Industries).
- Coordinate joint planning and technical validation with OEMs; secure preferred/pricing programs and supply commitments.
Operations Coordination -
- Translate Bell demand into stocking and kitting plans with the Mississauga hub; define site labeling, pre-kitting, and delivery windows; prepare for Edmonton ramp for Western work.
- Ensure ERP/CRM hygiene: quotes, orders, inventory visibility, SLA tracking; drive RMA/returns resolution within 5 business days.
Governance and Reporting -
- Maintain weekly/monthly dashboards: pipeline coverage, win rate, quote-to-order conversion, on-time delivery, SLA adherence, inventory turns, branch adoption.
- Quarterly reviews: progress, ABM milestones at Bell and other specific carrier customers, pilot outcomes, and hub utilization.
Qualifications -
- 5–8+ years in carrier sales or key account management with Canadian operators; direct Bell experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success selling into Network Engineering and PMO stakeholders; familiarity with carrier standards, compliance, and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of wireless and wireline infrastructure: backhaul/middle-mile, DC powering, grounding, conduit/vaults/fiber; comfortable with OEM ecosystems listed above.
- Strong commercial acumen: pricing strategy, terms negotiation (MSA/blanket PO), and TCO positioning.
- Operational fluency: working with CRM/ERP, inventory planning, kitting, SLAs, and RMA processes.
- Excellent communication and proposal writing; ability to anchor on speed, compliance, and cost in objections and negotiations.
- Willingness to travel across Canada; bilingual English/French an asset.
Success Metrics -
- Revenue contribution to 2026 target: $2.5M-3M from Bell and other assigned carrier accounts; balanced wireline/wireless split aligned to our total Canadian goal. Pipeline: maintain 3x coverage; monthly net adds- $500k; velocity aligned to 60–90 day carrier cycles. Conversion: quote-to-order 40%; win rate- 30% in targeted Bell programs. Delivery: on-time delivery 95% for hub-fulfilled orders; SLA adherence- 95%.
- Compliance: 100% proposals include Ecovadis Gold, Canadian supply chain, safety/compliance pack; 0 non-compliance incidents. Stakeholder engagement: 2 executive-level touchpoints per quarter;- 6 functional touchpoints per month.
Day-1 to 90-Day Plan -
- Days 1–30: Onboard to OEM catalogs, standards, and hub SOPs; build Bell stakeholder map and account plan; validate active RFPs/RFQs; set SLAs with inside sales and operations.
- Days 31–60: Launch 2–3 pilot bundle proposals (backhaul + DC power + grounding); secure BOM validation cadences; negotiate preliminary terms and SLA metrics; initiate Mississauga stocking profiles for fast-movers. Days 61–90: Close first pilot orders; document SLA performance; pursue MSA/blanket PO pathway; expand pipeline to- $3M coverage; plan Edmonton hub alignment for Western workstreams.
