About the role
Job Description Within the Capital Markets IT (CMI) department of Global IT (GIT) which manages the information system for capital markets activities (pre-trade, post-trade, risks), Linear Rates filière is in charge of the information system for CACIB IRD (Interest Rates Derivatives) information system. IT Linear teams are currently located in Paris, London, Tokyo and New-York.
We are looking for a Devops Engineer responsible for production to join our e-Trading team. In this key role, you will ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of our electronic trading infrastructure by managing production environments, deployment and monitoring. You will work closely with development, trading and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance and minimize latency.
You will evolve within a worldwide dynamic, agile and performant teams, working on hedge technologies.
You encourage initiatives and innovation within the team while ensuring compliance with standards and design.
Key Responsibilities Automation & CI/CD
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and fast deployments
- Infrastructure as a code: Manage infrastructure using Ansible and Kubernates while promoting automation
Ensures the stability and monitoring of production KPIs
- Ensures high availability and performance of real-time trading system
- Ensures that major incidents, incidents, requests and problems are properly taken into account and tracked in CMI's standard quality management tools
- In the event of a major incident, ensures communication with development and infrastructure teams.
- Ensures change management, by verifying that changes and deliveries are carried out smoothly and consistently with business constraints
- Responsible for the CI/CD continuous improvement of Linear Rates IS
Monitoring and observability
- Implement and enhance monitoring tools to prevent incidents and ensure optimal response times
Collaboration with development teams
- Facilitate deployment, optimize performance and ensure smooth deliveries
- Validate and approve development teams CI/CD
