Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Success Account Manager within our Corpay division. This position falls under our PayByPhone line of business and is in Vancouver Cananda. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of client relationships to retain, renew and grow existing accounts. This includes working closely with the client to understand their operational needs and goals and identifying areas where PayByPhone’s solutions align to suggest services and products that will result in transaction volume growth, parking portfolio (space count) growth, and additional product upselling. Maintaining and developing client relationships is a priority, which will ultimately lead to full account management including contract renewals, increased adoption and profitability and full relationship management with our clients resulting in positive references. You will report directly to the Director of Client Success and to oversee and support client-impact projects occurring within the NA Markets as needed.
How We Work As a Client Success Account Manager, you will be expected to work in a remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in a remote location
- Company-issued equipment remote access
- Formal, hands-on training
- Role Responsibilities
- Tracking client contracts and negotiating renewals in advance of expiration while evaluating for increased profitability opportunities and negotiating terms with clients.
- Sourcing, collecting, and analyzing data for client account activity and identifying room for improvement and advancement opportunities as well as consumer behaviors to understand potential changing needs.
- Evaluating client hardware options and actively creating opportunities to remove or replace hardware solutions with PayByPhone’s services using case study and relevant data.
- Working closely with Marketing to develop marketing activities for client marketing and adoption campaigns and case study development relevant to client achievements.
- Creating opportunities for upselling of additional products and services to increase adoption such as Rights & Rates, Validations, and other PayByPhone Services; and manage the inside sales process from introduction through contract negotiation.
- Maintaining Salesforce data for Client Account including email and meeting/action item logging.
- Communicating with the Client Support Team as needed regarding client issues.
- Working closely with Sales Directors to ensure cross communication between new business and existing business to understand market-specific needs across regions.
- Providing input on new processes and workflows as needed
- Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Significant experience in Client and relationship
- Significant previous experience of working in a client-facing environment
- A can-do attitude and willingness to adopt an ‘all hands-on deck’ approach when necessary
- Ability to upsell to existing clients
- Own the relationship and managing assigned clients of all sizes including, but not limited to, client inquiries, projects, campaigns, strategies, goals.
- Maintain and update Salesforce – client accounts, contacts, activity, tasks, opportunities, billing details, contracts

Pay Transparency This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall into a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is CAD 60,000-65,000 + uncapped Commissions.
