As part of our growth, we are looking for a qualified welder to participate in the fabrication of large-scale industrial projects. Job Description The welder participates in the fabrication and assembly of complex industrial equipment, including pressure vessels, FCC components, and other process equipment. He performs precision welds while adhering to plans, technical specifications, and the company's quality standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform welding operations on various types of steel and alloysRead and interpret plans and technical drawingsAdhere to welding procedures and quality standardsParticipate in the assembly and preparation of partsMaintain a safe work environment that complies with health and safety standardsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in industrial weldingAbility to weld in all positionsGood blueprint reading skills and knowledge of welding processesAutonomy and Versatility Ability to plan and organize workWhat we offer Competitive salary ($25.32 to $33.33/hour)Salary based on welding test resultsOn-site welding trainer and rapid advancementDiverse tasks and large-scale industrial projectsDynamic and passionate teamBenefits Group insurance and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Group RRSP with employer contributionPaid time off during the holiday season (December 24 to January 1 inclusive)Holiday Friday afternoonBoots, work clothes, and prescription safety glasses provided.
