This is an advanced practice role providing professional, analytical and an autonomous comprehensive range of health services to clients and patients including but not limited to health assessments and diagnosis diseases, disorders, injuries and conditions, treating and managing acute and chronic illnesses and identifying health risks and needs within a holistic model.This position is responsible for providing expert care to ambulatory care clients, inpatients, LTC, as well as providing support in the Emergency Department.
