What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Senior Director, the Senior Consultant, Business Management and Communications – Enterprise Real Estate is a seasoned professional providing consultation, expertise and support to the Enterprise Real Estate & Workplace Experience (ERE&WE) team by delivering business documents, high-impact communications, presentation materials and strategic reporting.
This role is responsible for preparing executive and board updates, crafting written communications, and supporting new initiatives as required. The role encompasses leading and managing projects of moderate to high complexity. The role prepares and presents roadmap progress, issues, and recommendations to internal partners and executives, championing CIBC values and supporting the highest quality standards and objectives.

How you’ll succeed
- Business Management - Support the Enterprise Real Estate & Workplace Experience leadership team, in executing strategic priorities of varying complexity. Act as a business consultant, liaison, and implementer on various initiatives in a fast paced environment.
- Project Delivery - Support the delivery of strategic real estate initiatives, processes, reporting and work packages. Prepare presentation materials and develop communications to support key programs and workplace initiatives.
- Reporting - Prepare and format reporting, dashboards, scorecards to track and communicate insights and performance metrics. Compile and analyze data for strategic dashboards and scorecards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Presentation Development - Design compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive and board meetings, business reviews and strategic initiative updates ensuring alignment with branding standards. Gather and synthesize input from teams across ERE & WE for inclusion in executive materials. Prepare impactful presentation and briefing materials for executive-level audiences.
- Written Communications - Draft clear, concise, and high-quality communications and updates for senior audiences and employees, translating complex information into accessible messaging aligned to CIBC standards. Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of the Enterprise Real Estate team, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with CIBC standards.
- Continuous Improvement - Enhance processes, templates, and tools for executive communications and reporting.
- Relationship Management - Maintain professional relationships with multiple partners and clients through excellent interpersonal skills. Communicate proactively with colleagues to plan and organize work across stakeholders. Collaborate with leaders and partners to ensure communications are relevant and impactful. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather information, coordinate inputs, and ensure consistency in messaging and data presentation. Liaise with and leverage partners on projects & initiatives.
