Secondary Athletic Director Support
About the role
MEI is an independent Pre-K-12 school system with approximately 1600 students. All applicants must be dedicated to Christian education. Successful candidates are required to sign an MEI Staff Covenant indicating acceptance and agreement with MEI Schools' Christian values.
MEI Secondary School is seeking qualified applicants for the following Athletic Director Support position with the intended start date of September 8, 2026.
Athletic Director Support
6 hours/week
Part-time temporary position, with an intended start date of September 8th, 2026, to March 12th, 2027.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of all athletics programs.
- Help oversee seasonal sports operations and scheduling.
- Coordinate team registrations, rosters, and eligibility requirements.
- Coordinate home game operations and event logistics.
- Arrange transportation, facilities, equipment, and officials.
- Communicate schedule changes with teams and stakeholders, including the school website and App.
- Assist with inventory management for athletic equipment and uniforms.
- Assist with athletic department communication through email, social media, and school platforms.
- Promote athletic events, accomplishments, and student recognition.
- Help maintain athletic calendars, announcements, and website updates.
- Coordinate, awards, and celebration events when needed.
- Assist with financial planning for athletic events and travel.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Athletics Director or administration.
The wage for this position is $27.43, plus any approved increase for the 2026-2027 school year This posting will close on June 17, 2026.
