We are looking for someone with experience as a change management advisor to join a team for a long-term project they currently are a part of. The name of their client will be revealed in the interview.
Title: Change Management Advisor Location: Downtown Montreal Work model: Hybrid, 2-3x week in office need to be flexible. Will move to 4 days a week in office in September Type of position: Full time, permanent Salary: 110k-145k with a little flexibility + 3 weeks vacation + benefits and RRSP matching. Employees are able to participate in the plan after 6 months of employment
● RRSP – Employee Contributions Eligible employees may make a Basic Contribution of up to 3% of earnings and a Supplementary Contribution of up to 2% of earnings. Employee voluntary contributions up to CRA Maximum: Contributions are limited to 18% of a taxpayer’s previous year’s earned income, less any Pension Adjustments (DPSP of Registered Pension Plan entitlements) earned during the previous year and are subject to annually adjusted contribution limits. Lump sum contributions to the Group RRSP may also be made and claimed annually with the employee’s income tax return as a deduction.
Roles & Responsibilities: Change Strategy & Impact Analysis: Conduct comprehensive organizational impact analyses to understand how the cloud migration will affect various user groups, processes, and roles. Use these findings to develop a tailored and strategic change management plan. Strategic Communications: Design and execute a multi-channel strategic communications plan to build awareness, manage expectations, and keep all stakeholders informed of progress, timelines, and key decisions. Training & Enablement: Develop a holistic training and enablement strategy. Design, create, and deliver user-facing training materials and support documentation to ensure users are proficient and confident with new systems and processes. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders across the organization, analyze their needs and develop targeted engagement plans to build strong support for the program. Readiness & Measurement: Work with technical teams to assess organizational readiness for migration waves. Develop and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and report on adoption progress to program leadership. Requirements: Must be bilingual in English and French Proven senior-level experience in organizational change management, communications, and business analysis. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing end-to-end change management strategies for large-scale technology transformations. Exceptional skills in stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, and strategic communication planning. Experience designing and delivering comprehensive training and user-enablement programs. Familiarity with the principles of Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) and IT governance in the context of a cloud migration. Preferred Qualifications: Change Management Professional certification. Experience supporting a public cloud migration project.
