Job Description
Reporting to the Production Department Manager, the extrusion operator will be responsible for managing the production of plastic rolls. They will be required to work efficiently as part of a team to optimize production while maintaining the site's quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Operate the extruder based on established work methods to maximize productivity. Perform order changes. Ensure the quality of the finished product throughout the production cycle. Adhere to the cleaning policy and keep the production area clean and organized. Monitor machine performance, maintain targets for output, quality, and waste while minimizing downtime. Train assistant operators and helpers.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in the blown film extrusion industry.
Resourceful, organized, flexible and good communicator
Proof of leadership and team spirit.
Have a logical and analytical thinking
Problem-solving skills
