Job Overview
Role Summary
We are seeking a Principal Consultant with deep expertise in enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and data-driven business innovation. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a track record of delivering strategic impact across complex client environments — particularly within Fortune 500 organizations and large-scale transformation initiatives.
As a trusted advisor to client executives, you will lead high-value consulting engagements in areas such as AI/ML, cloud modernization, advanced analytics, and digital experience platforms. You’ll shape technology roadmaps, architect solutions, and align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Client Strategy & Advisory Leadership
- Partner with C-level stakeholders to understand business goals and define transformation strategies.
- Lead strategic engagements across the full consulting lifecycle — from assessment to roadmap to implementation oversight.
- Translate business objectives into actionable architectures leveraging data, cloud, and intelligent automation.
Solution Strategy & Pre-Sales Support
- Design and present enterprise-grade solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to develop proposals, pricing models, and client-facing materials.
- Lead workshops and strategic planning sessions to shape long-term technology partnerships.
Engagement Oversight & Delivery Alignment
- Provide strategic oversight to ongoing client programs, ensuring execution aligns with the intended outcomes.
- Serve as the senior consulting point of contact for solution direction and client relationship continuity.
- Guide internal teams through knowledge transfer, solution hand-off, and engagement wrap-up.
Thought Leadership & Practice Development
- Contribute to consulting methodologies, reusable frameworks, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide domain leadership across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to keep offerings relevant and competitive.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required
Key Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or strategic business development.

Proven experience leading consulting engagements for large enterprise clients across verticals like Telecom, Media, Financial Services, and Retail.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle, AWS, Azure), AI/ML, data analytics, and enterprise modernization.

Ability to lead cross-functional solution teams and drive consultative selling in complex environments.

Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
Preferred Background:
- Previous roles in major consulting firms or global system integrators (e.g., HCLTech, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Tata Consulting Services, Accenture, Deloitte).
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and digital product offerings.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, SaaS models, and customer experience technologies.
- Background in high-value content and consumer analytics solutions.
Compensation
Estimated Pay Range: $144000.00 - $200000.00 USD
