We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Parts and Service Advisor to join our high-performing dealership team! In this dual-role position, you’ll be the face of our service department—guiding customers through repairs and maintenance while ensuring the right parts are always in play.

Location: 2100 Kingsway, Sudbury ON
Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
What You Will Be Doing:

Assist clients in the parts store
-
Ascertain auto services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules

Check in customer RV's with inspection sheet,write ROs with customers ensuring all work requested is captured with a customer sign off and Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions

Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles

Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system

Provide Parts or the Auto and RV Techs for ROs.

Desire and capability to assist happy clients to obtain the right products

Ability to perform parts inventory audits

Work without constant supervision
-
Follow all Health and Safety guidelines
-
Other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:

High school education or equivalent
-
Understanding of automotive parts
-
Strong communication skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Friendly attitude
-
Above-average technical knowledge
-
Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
