Aurora Peat Products produces professional grade Canadian Sphagnum peat moss products that enhance crop productivity and overall growing media quality for a wide range of industries and uses such as: soil mixes for the horticulture market, soil conditioners, mushroom casing material, general vegetable gardening, cannabis, and reforestation seedlings. We are currently looking for a Shipper for our Edmonton Facility on 13704 - 170 Street NW.
On a daily basis. this person will be responsible for:
- Loading outbound shipments/ rough terrain environment
- Operating a forklift / double forks / loading to load pattern to maximize weight
- Maintaining a clean and organized yard
- Completing accurate paperwork
- Mitigating packaging and product damage
- Performing accurate inventory counts regularly
- Scale trucks
- Other duties as required
We are looking for someone with:
- Forklift experience & experience loading trailers
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer driven attitude
- Team player
- Communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work flexible hours and overtime
