Aurora Peat Products produces professional grade Canadian Sphagnum peat moss products that enhance crop productivity and overall growing media quality for a wide range of industries and uses such as: soil mixes for the horticulture market, soil conditioners, mushroom casing material, general vegetable gardening, cannabis, and reforestation seedlings. We are currently looking for a Shipper for our Edmonton Facility on 13704 - 170 Street NW.

On a daily basis. this person will be responsible for:

  • Loading outbound shipments/ rough terrain environment
  • Operating a forklift / double forks / loading to load pattern to maximize weight
  • Maintaining a clean and organized yard
  • Completing accurate paperwork
  • Mitigating packaging and product damage
  • Performing accurate inventory counts regularly
  • Scale trucks
  • Other duties as required

We are looking for someone with:

  • Forklift experience & experience loading trailers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer driven attitude
  • Team player
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to work flexible hours and overtime
