Role Purpose:

Support the review, coordination, update and tracking of existing training content as part of the 3-year content refresh cycle, ensuring content status, versioning and review progress are clearly documented and visible

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an inventory of existing training content across regulatory and non-regulatory domains

• Review content against defined refresh criteria to flag items for potential update or review

• Support coordination of content updates with instructors and SMEs under guidance from Product and Content Leadership

• Track content versions, review status and update progress using agreed tools and templates

• Support documentation checks for completeness, structure and formatting

• Maintain content review logs, dashboards and audit trails

• Escalate all content questions requiring subject, regulatory or instructional judgment to Product Management or Content / Portfolio leadership.

Learning Opportunity:
