- Ensure content lifecycle processes (versioning, publishing, archiving) are optimized for KM delivery.
- Integrate structured documentation with SharePoint Online and other KM platforms.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge graphs and retrieval-augmented frameworks.
- Maintain bilingual content integrity and accessibility compliance.
