Description du poste À titre d’opérateur(trice) de production, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le maintien et la stabilité des procédés de fabrication de l’aluminium. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec votre équipe afin de réaliser diverses tâches opérationnelles, en utilisant les outils et équipements mis à votre disposition. Profil recherché Exigences (obligatoires) Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) ou attestation d’équivalence (AENS) Minimum de 5 années d’expérience sur le marché du travail Expérience pertinente ou capacité démontrée à évoluer dans un environnement physique exigeant (travail debout, effort physique, etc.) Disponibilité et flexibilité élevées: Travail sur appel Horaires variables (jour, nuit, fins de semaine) Capacité à se présenter au travail à court préavis Forces recherchées Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer Dynamisme et attitude positive Capacité d’adaptation rapide et bonne gestion du stress Engagement envers la santé et la sécurité Sens des responsabilités et bon jugement Respect, rigueur et professionnalisme Pourquoi choisir ABI ?
