Responsibiliti
esDesign, develop, and improve CO₂ refrigeration systems and related product s.Support product testing, prototyping, validation, and performance optimizatio n.Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulation s.Manage and maintain engineering documentation and bills of materials (BOMs ).Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processe s.Lead and support R&D initiatives from concept through commercializatio n.Participate in laboratory testing and equipment evaluatio
n.
Qualificati
onsMechanical Engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent experien ce.5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial refrigerati on.Strong knowledge of CO₂ refrigeration systems, manufacturing processes, and materia ls.Experience with 2D and 3D CAD softwa re.Familiarity with product development, testing, and manufacturing environmen ts.Strong communication and problem-solving skil
