Working hours: Normal business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, with a one-hour lunch break between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Office Location: 555 Richmond Street West, Toronto, ON Working Environment: First six weeks will be 100% in office. Work-from-home flexibility up to 7 days each month following the initial six week period based on performance in good standing. Travel Requirement: All candidates must have the ability and willingness to travel to the USA up to 5 times a year.

Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and Marketing Managers, you will be responsible for the marketing of multiple events in our portfolio, including: Email Campaign Management: Generate email content to promote the upcoming summits within your industry portfolio Social Media Management & Content Creation: Create social media promotions for our various events, and help manage our social media channels for multiple industries Paid Ads Management: Help launch LinkedIn Ad campaigns for our various summits Manage and maintain the master list of contacts/database for each of the industries within your event portfolio Manage email responses and coordinate the distribution of leads to Sales associates Trace, analyze and report on the activities and outcomes of all digital campaigns Provide support for other marketing initiatives and activities as necessary Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Canva, and/or ZoomInfo is a plus**

The Ideal Candidate: University Degree with a specialization in Marketing (preferred) A positive and ambitious attitude The ability to work well autonomously and with a team A great eye for design or previous graphic design skills/exposure (an asset) Strong research and comprehension skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple ongoing projects Technical writing skills and the ability to create compelling social and email content for B2B audiences Familiarity with social media channels and content distribution strategies A desire to learn about new industries and businesses A desire to grow within the company
