About the role
A well-established wireless retail organization is appointing a Head of Retail Operations to lead field execution, carrier coordination, and performance optimization across its store network.
This role requires a pragmatic leader who is comfortable driving activity, enforcing standards, and ensuring carrier programs are executed as intended .
Scope of Role
- Act as the central point of coordination with the carrier partner
- Ensure seamless rollout of promotions, programs, and initiatives
- Drive store-level productivity, including proactive sales outreach
- Lead operational reviews and performance improvement plans
- Implement consistent operating rhythms across all locations
- Ensure alignment with carrier compliance and reporting expectations
Required Background
- Leadership experience within a major Canadian wireless carrier environment
- Proven multi-location retail operations exposure
- Results-focused, field-oriented leadership style
Location: Metro Vancouver / Delta (on-site leadership role)
