Prior experience designing or delivering hands-on training programs (e.g., Train-the-Trainer) to frontline and administrative staff. Experience supporting or implementing physical access control/security systems (badge, facial recognition, or video monitoring) is an asset.

Skills & Competencies

Working knowledge of CMMS/ERP platforms (e.g., FIIX, SAP) for parts entry, work orders, and inventory tracking. Proficiency with mobile scanning devices/tablets and standard MS Office tools (Excel in particular). Strong attention to detail with the ability to conduct audits (safety, inventory, compliance) methodically. Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating across maintenance, stores, and operations teams. Ability to work independently onsite, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and meet deployment timelines.
