What the job involves
- Job Description The demand for Software as a Service (SaaS) is on the rise, and Sage’s sales team is at the forefront of this growth
- We’re seeking BDR leaders to mentor the next generation of Business Development Representatives
- As an Outbound BDR Manager, you’ll support and develop a team of 5-6 professionals, creating growth opportunities for both them and yourself
- The reigns (and resources) to hire, mentor and develop a team how you want to
- Chance to optimize your team to improve outbound lead acquisition strategies
- Time to support your team and learn how to help them be successful
- Tools to build weekly reports showing off the success of your team
- Tech experience with a company that recognizes talent and actively seeks to promote it
