About the role
Job Title: Azure Data Modeler Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: Contract Rate: CAD65-CAD70/hr
Job Description: This data modeler position requires strong ANSI SQL skills (preferably experience with Oracle), working dimensional data modeling experience and strong language and written skills to support creation of dictionaries, data mappings, and detailed design documentation. Dimensional data modeling experience is a must for this position; candidates without this experience should not apply.
Qualifications MUST HAVE: Databricks * 6 yrs ERWIN * 6 yrs Power Designer * 6 yrs Oracle * 6 yrs SQL * 6 yrs Dimensional Modeling experience * 6 yrs Data Warehousing * 6 yrs Data Marts * 6 yrs
NICE TO HAVE: Financial/Banking industry experience Logical Data Models
SKILLS: Experience in designing physical models for data warehouses and data marts. Expertise in dimensional modeling; Logical Data Models is a plus. Experience in Oracle database design including the ability to perform impact analysis of data structure changes. Expertise in Databricks, Azure, Power Designer, Erwin, SQL, Oracle is required;
