Senior Compensation Analyst (Contract) 📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) 💰 $38–$42/hour + 4% vacation pay 🕒 Contract 18 months with potential for conversion This is for a current opening. About the Opportunity Join a high-impact Compensation Advisory team within a leading financial institution’s Global Total Rewards function. In this role, you’ll support compensation design, analytics, and strategy for key business groups including Business Banking and the Chief Operations Office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the compensation space. What You’ll Do Deliver compensation analysis and recommendations aligned to business needs Support compensation plan design, development, and implementation Execute market intelligence cycles (benchmarking, job matching, analysis, insights) Build and maintain advanced Excel models and analytics Analyze market trends and provide data-driven insights Support incentive plan approvals and compensation processes Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve efficiency What You Bring ✅ 3+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field ✅ Advanced Excel skills (super user level) ✅ Hands-on experience with market data and compensation analysis ✅ Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ✅ Self-starter with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities Nice to Have HRPA designation CCP (or working towards) Why Apply? ✨ Work on high-visibility compensation initiatives ✨ Gain exposure to comp design and strategic advisory ✨ Join a collaborative, supportive team with strong onboarding ✨ Opportunity to enhance and modernize compensation processes
