Tasks/Responsibilities
The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for overseeing a small technical support department while ensuring the stability of system and mobile environments for an organization with several hundred employees and contributing to various technology improvement projects.

- Oversee technical support operations and ensure high-quality service
- Manage a small support team and contribute to their development
- Provide on-site and remote support for workstations and applications
- Maintain up-to-date Windows/Mac system environments and mobile devices
- Administer hardware and software inventory and ensure its accuracy
- Contribute to migration initiatives and technology evolution projects
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or as a senior IT specialist
- Expertise in on-site and remote technical support (Level 1–2–3)
- Experience with Windows, Mac, and mobile device environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems and basic LAN/WAN networking
- Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service abilities
- College diploma in IT or equivalent
- Bilingual (functional French, English required)
