About the role
La Quinta by Wyndham Vancouver, WA is looking for a Complimentary Services Attendant to join our growing team! The Complimentary Services Attendant is responsible for providing high-quality continental breakfast hours and maintaining the cleanliness of the lodge and servicing meetings in progress in a fast, friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Responsibilities
- Ensures daily breakfast set-up is on schedule and presentable
- Anticipates and intervenes in all incidents of guest dissatisfaction and attempts to satisfy all such guests, within hotel policy and service recovery procedures
- Maintains proper dining experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required OR 1-year related experience or training
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
