What are your contributions to the team?

Reporting to the Entry into Service Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating all Entry-into-Service support activities, resulting in a successful Entry-into-Service experience for business aircraft customers.

In your role, you will:

  • Be required to monitor and communicate Entry into Service delivery skylines to management and Business Aircraft stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Response Team, Sales & Contracts, Customer Support and Customer Account Management organizations to ensure customer operational needs and challenges are well understood and act accordingly to fulfill their requirements.
  • Interface with the cross-functional departments to establish the budgets and strategic plan for implementing Entry-into-Service project initiatives.
  • Manage project activities in terms of deliverables, cost and billing reconciliation.
  • Initiate and maintain performance matrix (governance) pertaining to the departmental objectives/results.
  • Monitor the budgetary aspects of all Entry-into-Service activities and report accordingly.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a Project Management, Business Administration or Commerce degree, or the equivalent, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the aerospace industry, preferably in a customer service environment.
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • You are customer oriented, have strong leadership skills and excellent facilitation and influence skills.
  • You can get things done in a collaborative environment.
  • You are capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a robust work methodology and understand priorities.
  • You have the ability to adapt and deal with a changing set of priorities, if the situation arises
