Outside Sales Representative
KIRKLAND, QUEBEC
As a member of the sales team, the person reporting to the CEO, will be part of the company’s significant growth and acceleration initiatives.
The incumbent in this role should be capable of rapidly assimilating the business and defining a Sales plan that supports the organization’s strategic priorities. The Outside sales representative will provide and develop strategic revenue growth with existing and new customers.
Specific responsibilities may include building sustainable growth through structured go-to-market strategy and sales processes, developing proposals, pitch materials, marketing campaigns, growing the sales pipeline, and maintaining communications with prospective clients and existing ones.

Job Summary
This role is to provide outside sales representation in the electronic segment within the assigned territory. To manage and grow a given territory, develop new markets and clients in order to increase sales profitability.
Duties And Responsibilities
Developing a base portfolio of customers. For existing customers, increase sales volume by providing professional sales support while identifying new opportunities and introducing new products. Developing and executing a call plan, performing business reviews, maintaining a full sales pipeline, monthly erosion analysis, price negotiation, quarterly customer analysis, new product introduction.
Reporting activities monthly
Identifying, securing and developing new customers, Developing target accounts and growth strategies, specific needs analysis and new product introductions Distributor Maintenance: Day to day Distributor Maintenance – Buyer relationship and communication, product demonstrations, sales support & resolving daily issues where necessary with guidance from the head office management & sales team. Develop strategic network intelligence channels and distribution to keep abreast of new product development activities, market trends, and pricing alternatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1 to 3 years of experience within the manufacturing industry environment or in a similar capacity Previous experience in sales and marketing for an Electrical/electronic or industrial component OEM is an asset Available to travel and meet customers and prospects Bilingual (French & English). Above average verbal and written communication. (English being required to communicate with other divisions and customers outside Quebec) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, salesforce, ERP system).

Ability to multi-task and advance multiple projects concurrently. Ability to work collaboratively with a large number of internal and external customers, showing flexibility in meeting their individual needs.

Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to achieve forecasted results in the North American market. Organize and plan assigned Territory Coverage Support and execution of WECO directed marketing initiatives. Maximize the acquisition of new business opportunities by strategies such as content marketing, search campaigns (organic and paid), social media campaigns, event creation, production of sales material, and others
