We serve and support our campers in strengthening their social and emotional health, and developing important life skills such as creative problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, independence, and appreciation for diversity, all with an undercurrent of fun, exploration, and adventure.

At Tims Camps, we are catalysts for good - helping our youth participants and teammates be the best they can be. That is our North Star and, together, we help shape leaders that build stronger communities.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual HR Business Partner to join us on a 15-18 month contract to cover a maternity leave. Your contributions in ensuring we attract, hire, develop, and retain great talent will make the difference in creating a truly special experience for our campers.

Location

This role is based at the Foundation's home office in St. George, Ontario on the gorgeous grounds of Onondoga Farms, our St. George camp location. While we support a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, we are flexible for this contract and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.

Occasional travel to other camp locations may be required through camp season. We have six camps across five provinces, with two in Ontario and one each in Nova Scotia, Quebec, Manitoba, and Alberta.

This is a temporary, full-time position to cover a maternity leave, with an anticipated start date in November 2025. In the summer months, this role may be required to work a schedule that mirrors the on-site camp operating schedule for some camp sessions.
