About the role

This role is part of our ET/UT product line.

The IT Project Manager is a key player in Eddyfi Technologies' IT governance. He manages a portfolio of strategic projects covering all IT divisions: SAP CoE, Business Innovation including Salesforce and Data/BI, IT Infrastructure & Operations, and Cybersecurity. Reporting to the VP IT, he acts as a privileged interface between the technical teams, the business lines and the executive management.

As IT Project Manager, you must be able to

Management of complex IT projects

  • Manage end-to-end multi-technology projects: SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, M365, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
  • Coordinate cross-system integration initiatives.
  • Manage post-acquisition integration projects.
  • Structure and lead project steering committees with business and technical stakeholders.

Governance, budget and quality

  • Develop and track detailed project plans (budget, milestones, resources, dependencies).
  • Track cloud IT spend based on the FINOPS Framework.
  • Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
  • Monitor and produce performance KPIs.
  • Guarantee documentation according to governance standards (PMBOK, ITIL, CoBIT, etc.).

Coordination of internal and external teams

  • Coordinate the resources of the various IT departments in the context of cross-functional projects.
  • Manage relationships with external partners.
  • Facilitate collaboration between teams across different geographic entities.

Business relationship and top management

  • Lead monthly IT committees with the business representatives of each product line.
  • Prepare executive communications and presentations for the Risk Assessment Committee.
  • Translate technical issues into business language for management.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of the annual IT budget.

What makes you an asset to our team

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Project Management is an asset.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) ou PRINCE2 Practitioner (atout).
  • PSM (Profesional ScrumMaster) ou SAFe Agilist(atout).
  • ITIL Foundation or higher (asset).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 5 years in a senior role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects.
  • Significant experience in data governance projects.
  • Mastery of project methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid, PMBOK.
  • Knowledge of environments: SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, AWS.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration (Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint.
  • Sensitivity to cybersecurity issues and compliance (ITGC, access controls).
  • Understanding of finance and operations processes (accounting, consolidation, supply chain).
  • Knowledge of CRM processes and sales cycle.
  • Ability to develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Experience in a multi-entity context and matrix environment.

  • Other European languages (Italian or Spanish) are a considerable asset.
