About the role
ServiceNow Technical Consultant – Service Mapping
Location: Canada (Remote) Contract: 6 Months Engagement: C2C or T4
We're currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong Service Mapping expertise to join a leading organisation on an initial 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and enhance ServiceNow Service Mapping solutions. Configure and optimise service maps to improve visibility across IT services. Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Support Discovery, CMDB, and ITOM best practices where required. Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping. Active CSA and CAD certifications. CIS certification (ITOM or related) is desirable. Previous experience delivering ServiceNow implementation projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. French-speaking is highly desirable but not essential.
