Position Summary The Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of client projects from initial inquiry through final delivery and installation. This individual acts as the bridge between clients and internal departments, coordinating resources, managing timelines, solving problems, and ensuring every project exceeds expectations.

This is not a desk-only role. The successful candidate will be willing to roll up their sleeves, visit project sites, attend installations when required, and take ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and projects Manage projects from quote approval through production, shipping, installation, and completion Coordinate activities between Sales, Prepress, Production, Fabrication, Shipping, and Installation teams Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables Identify project risks and implement solutions before they impact delivery Conduct site visits and attend installations as required Manage project budgets and ensure scope changes are communicated appropriately Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Lead internal project meetings and coordinate resources to meet deadlines Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle Support continuous improvement initiatives and workflow optimization

Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, client success, or a related role Experience in large-format printing, signage, retail displays, fabrication, experiential marketing, construction, or manufacturing is considered an asset Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally
