Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV), and an understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
- Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
- Ability to sell/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.
- Strong strategic, tactical thinking, and systems thinking skills, with the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

As an Account Executive with a focus on Brand and Video, you will be a pivotal part of our engagement with Canada's leading banks. Your passion for creative storytelling and your understanding of the social media landscape will shape how our partners build their brand presence. Using your relationship-building skills, you will provide Google-caliber client service, offering market analysis and creative insights to position Google as a key brand builder. You will anticipate the evolving needs of our clients, uncovering opportunities to connect with their audiences on an emotional level. You'll help them set the outlook and strategy for how their brand narrative can reach and resonate with clients and potential clients globally. You will also help provide integrated advertising solutions, collaborating with internal teams to offer a comprehensive portfolio of creative and brand-focused options.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 171,000-175,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with account teams to drive brand growth and realize important brand metrics for Canada's largest financial institutions.
- Develop relationships to serve as a trusted consultant, focusing on creative and brand strategy.
- Generate innovative plans that leverage storytelling, influencer marketing, and creative solutions to deliver on our partners' brand objectives.
- Develop and execute joint business plans centered on brand building and video growth.
- Leverage emotional and creative aspects of our partners' brand stories, moving beyond traditional performance metrics.
