The Pub is a full-service production offering with 450+ subject matter experts spanning Digital, Video and Print production. We work with some of the biggest brands in Canada & the US on projects ranging from anthem TV spots to social content to (literally) billions of emails and digital assets shot, designed, developed and deployed by our team. Overview
An intermediate-level Production Designer is a versatile designer who can work efficiently across multiple brands and projects. They are independent, proactive, and communicative, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Quickly learn and adapt to different brand identities and project requirements.
- Able to manage multiple deliverables, prioritize tasks to keep projects on track.
- Troubleshoot design and technical challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
- Produce high-quality work with attention to detail while working efficiently.
- Support projects with production, photo manipulation, animation, and other design tasks using tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and animation platforms.
Qualifications
- Proficient in key design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, animation platforms).
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient under deadlines.
- Adaptable and fast learner in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate team or project needs.
- Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with the multidisciplinary team
Additional information
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $55,000-65,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
