Your Role
As the Service Manager, you will lead our Service team to success, coaching on effective strategies to achieve and exceed sales and CSI targets. Your strategic insight and strong leadership skills will be essential in mentoring the team, optimizing processes, coordinating with the sales and parts departments and ensuring the achievement of overall dealership goals.
Key Qualifications

Proven experience as a Service Manager in a franchise dealership with a proven track record of increasing year over year profits while maintaining leading CSI scores

Exceptional organizational, leadership, motivational, interpersonal and motivational skills

Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers

Ability to develop and implement effective service & sales strategies

Deep understanding of automotive services and operational management

Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points

Downtown Autogroup (DAG) is a collection of 10 automobile sales and service facilities representing 12 of the most respected brands in the automotive world.
Founded by Shahin Alizadeh in the early 90's, DAG has grown from a single Toyota dealership to a group with over four-hundred employees. We pride ourselves on creating a positive work environment with competitive pay and benefits and opportunities for advancement. It’s the first development of its kind in North America, offering a better workplace for our team, a better shopping experience for our customers, and as a better streetscape for the city.
As a good neighbour in the heart of Toronto, it is also important that we also play a role in helping the community. Downtown AutoGroup currently supports a number of local initiatives, including the Women’s College Hospital’s Mobile Covid-19 Response Team.
