Classification : Full time, Immediate hire

Salary: 85,000 + $5,000/yr bonus based on team and company performance goal

The Opportunity

We have recently rebranded our collision, hail, and auto services division to ACX and are seeking a versatile Copywriter to craft compelling content across multiple formats and platforms. This role will be central to shaping the voice of ACX and ensuring clarity and consistency for all written communications.

As the Copywriter, you will lead the development of written content that supports ACX’s strategic objectives and brand identity. You’ll bring exceptional writing skills and adaptability to produce everything from long-form documents to concise marketing messages and website content. Your work will influence how ACX communicates internally and externally, ensuring our tone resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and write long-form content for strategic documents ensuring clarity, structure, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create short, impactful marketing copy for ads, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Write and edit website content that is engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive copy for both internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain and evolve ACX’s editorial guidelines and tone of voice standards.
  • Conduct research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Review and proofread materials for grammar, style, and brand compliance.
  • Adapt writing styles for different mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in corporate, agency, or multi-channel environments.
  • Proven ability to write both long-form and short-form content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and storytelling principles.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content strategies.
  • Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio required.
