The Opportunity
Northern Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Emergency Department team at Tumbler Ridge Health Centre. This dynamic role involves providing emergency care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced, team-based care environment. As part of the Team would work with patients who are CTAS 1-3. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians and emergency nurses, supported by telemedicine tools and flexible scheduling. Advanced certifications required: ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and CASTED.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and manage CTAS 1-3 patients.
Collaborate with physicians and emergency department nurses to deliver high-quality emergency care.
Utilize PowerChart or paper-based documentation systems.
Engage with virtual services to support emergency care delivery.
Contribute to a team-based approach to emergency medicine.

Salary Range
New Graduate NP - $145,739
1 Year Experience - $153,026
2 Years Experience - $160,313
