Your Responsibilities

  • Support department leader(s) in planning and time management.
  • Execute and coordinate administrative tasks such as data collection and entry, report preparation and review, transaction tracking, and related reporting, ensuring they meet the department’s high-quality standards.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries.
  • Ensure efficient management of files, including invoices and expenses, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems up to date.
  • Format and lay out various documents, including reports, texts, tables, and graphs.
  • Assist in preparing for all activities related to internal and external meetings.

Your profile

  • High school diploma and post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience providing administrative support at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in both official languages.
  • Advanced proficiency with computer applications and tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Knowledge of SAP integrated system (asset).
