Position: AP/AR Clerk
Type: Full Time – Permanent

Location: 970 Brock Rd, Pickering – in office

AutoLux Ltd. o/a Rapid City Transportation has been specializing in medical transportation logistics services for 30 years, supporting all of Ontario offering door-to-door concierge style transportation for individuals requiring special care - before, during and after their transfers.

This is a full time in office position based in Pickering, ON.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Verify supplier invoices for accuracy
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding any discrepancies in charges
  • Maintain organized filing system
  • Assist with monthly invoicing procedures
  • Contact customers to request payment or solve payment discrepancies
  • Assisting with other tasks as required within the department
  • Coordinate with internal departments as required

Position Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 5-7 years experience with Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working within a team and independent

DRIVERS Our drivers are professional, courteous and always ready to assist their passengers. With their CPR certification and defensive driving training, they provide door-to-door concierge style service, unparalleled in the industry. We monitor all driver abstracts to ensure that our drivers have clean driving records.

Our customer service team conducts regular quality checks with our customers on the drivers’ performance. Any driver who violates our concierge service regulations must immediately repeat our training course. Our software and logistics systems ensure our drivers arrive at appointments on time.
