Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Senior Director, Wholesale Operations you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our wholesale operating model. This role is divided into key areas of expertise, mainly Wholesale Operations and Wholesale Technologies. In this role you will ensure that product delivery, service and ease of doing business are our top priorities.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to some local hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

As part of the Wholesale leadership team, you’ll work alongside the leaders of the North American Wholesale Sales team and our Global Professional team. Together, you’ll form a tight-knit group focused on driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

If you were the Senior Director, Wholesale Operations now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

    • Developing and executing the operating model to ensure seamless delivery of business objectives
    • Overseeing the teams responsible for wholesale operations and technologies, ensuring alignment and operational excellence across all pillars
    • Partnering with regional Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders to ensure timely delivery of data, tools, and product to support commercial success
    • Leading, mentoring and developing leaders on your team
    • Providing regular feedback to management on operational issues, dealer challenges and improvements as well as technology management
    • Implementing scalable systems and process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels across the wholesale value chain
    • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Planning, Logistics, and IT to ensure end-to-end alignment from order placement to final delivery
    • Championing a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer-centricity within the wholesale operations function

Are you our next Senior Director, Wholesale Operations?

    • You have a bachelor’s degree in technology, Business, Operations or a related field, or an equivalent amount of experience
    • You have 15+ years of Sales or Operational leadership experience, including 10+ years managing a team
    • You have 5+ years of dealer service management or sales management
    • You have the ability to develop clear Operating models using RACI or RAPID
    • You are able and willing to travel. sometimes internationally
    • You are well versed in technology procurement and deployment including SAP, NuOrder and EDI
    • You are skilled at developing and supporting people to bring the best from them and inspire them to build the life they want.
    • You are excellent at building relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
    • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
    • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
    • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
    • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
    • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
    • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it

$181,000 - $249,000 a year

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$181,000 - CAD$249,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience.

Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
