Enterprise Workflow Automation & Reporting Platform
Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead automation, reporting, and data integration initiatives centered around an Enterprise Workflow Automation & Reporting Platform. This includes workflow automation, reporting enhancements, and integration of data across multiple applications. Approximately 50% of the role is dedicated to the automation program, with the remaining time supporting a secondary data initiative.
A Typical Day
- Oversee delivery of workflow automation and reporting enhancements.
- Coordinate data integration activities across enterprise systems.
- Develop project plans, delivery schedules, and RAID management processes.
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technology partners
- Understanding high-level technical dependencies and integration pathways
- Driving accountability and alignment across multiple teams
- Managing delivery in agile, waterfall, or hybrid environments
Successful Candidates Will Have
- Experience managing automation, reporting, data workflow, or integration projects.
- Exposure to workflow automation or reporting tools such as SAS is an asset.
- Ability to manage concurrent workstreams and complex stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.
Total Rewards
- $85.00 - $110.00 hourly
