Première agence de productivité IA au Canada, Genia accompagne les entreprises dans l’augmentation de leur productivité grâce à une implémentation efficace et responsable de l'intelligence artificielle. Nous rendons l'IA abordable et accessible, tout en plaçant l'humain au cœur de l'évolution technologique. Créé en septembre 2023, Genia accompagne déjà des entreprises référence dans leur transition IA comme Metro, PBSC (Groupe Lyft) ou encore Logient.

L’équipe dirigeante est composée d’Alexandre Corbasson et Jérémie Abbou, cofondateurs du collectif Intégral, ainsi que de Maxime Cohen, responsable de la Chaire IA à McGill.

GENIA EST UNE AGENCE DU COLLECTIF INTÉGRAL

Depuis 2015, le collectif Intégral s'engage jour après jour auprès des entreprises au Canada, aux États-Unis et en Europe. Notre mission: Assurer la transformation des entreprises face à l’accélération du numérique et de l’IA.

Rejoindre le collectif Intégral, c’est s'engager au cœur d'un projet entrepreneurial où la reconnaissance, l'évolution, la performance et la stimulation intellectuelle sont célébrées au quotidien. C’est aussi s'immerger dans le premier écosystème numérique québécois composé de 70 passionnés regroupés autour de 3 agences:

À PROPOS DU RÔLE

En tant que chargé·e de projets chez Genia, tu seras au cœur des projets : clients, experts IA, consultants, partenaires et direction. Ton rôle est de t’assurer que les projets avancent efficacement, que les attentes sont claires, que les risques sont anticipés et que les clients se sentent en confiance tout au long du parcours.

Tu géreras plusieurs initiatives IA en parallèle, allant de phases de découverte et de roadmap jusqu’à l’implémentation et au déploiement de solutions concrètes.

Ce n’est pas un rôle de suivi passif. On cherche quelqu’un de proactif, structuré et capable de prendre position.

Ce que tu feras

• Piloter des projets IA et d’automatisation de bout en bout

• Traduire les objectifs clients en portées, échéanciers et livrables clairs

• Animer les rituels projet (kickoff, rencontres hebdomadaires, comités, rétros)

• Coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes

• Suivre l’avancement, les dépendances, les risques et les changements de portée

• Assurer le respect des délais, du budget et des engagements

• Produire et maintenir une documentation claire et structurée

• Contribuer à l’adoption des solutions côté client

• Identifier les enjeux rapidement et proposer des solutions concrètes

Profil recherché

• 3+ ans d’expérience en gestion de projets (technologie, numérique, agence ou consultation)

• Véritable intérêt et passion pour l’IA et ses applications concrètes en entreprise

• Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de communication

• À l’aise avec l’ambiguïté et les projets en évolution

• Expérience en environnement multi-parties prenantes

• Très bon sens client et capacité à vulgariser des sujets complexes

• Solides compétences en rédaction et documentation

• À l’aise avec des outils comme, Monday.com, ClickUp ou équivalent

• Bilingue français/anglais

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Role

As an AI Project Manager at Genia, you’ll be at the center of our projects — working closely with clients, AI experts, consultants, partners, and leadership. Your role is to ensure projects move forward efficiently, expectations are clear, risks are anticipated, and clients feel confident throughout the entire journey.

You’ll manage multiple AI initiatives in parallel, from discovery and roadmap phases through to implementation and deployment of concrete solutions.

This is not a passive coordination role. We’re looking for someone proactive, structured, and comfortable taking a point of view.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI and automation projects end to end

• Translate client objectives into clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables

• Run project rituals (kickoffs, weekly check-ins, committees, retrospectives)

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders

• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and scope changes

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and as committed

• Produce and maintain clear, structured documentation

• Support client-side adoption of delivered solutions

• Identify issues early and propose practical, concrete solutions

Profile We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of project management experience (technology, digital, agency, or consulting)
• Genuine interest and passion for AI and its real-world business applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving projects
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Excellent writing and documentation skills
• Comfortable using tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar
• Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with AI, automation, data, or software projects

• Experience in a startup, agency, or consulting environment

• Experience running workshops or discovery phases

• Sensitivity to ROI, business value, and user adoption metrics
