Reporting to the Foreman, the Foreman Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring comprehensive follow-up on various tasks and files. In a fast-paced, dynamic environment, the Foreman Assistant must be both organized and detail-oriented, while working efficiently and with a sense of urgency. Main Responsibilities: Process and manage work orders (opening, data entry, closing, etc.). Follow up on parts orders. Handle follow-ups on warranty-related documents. Manage subcontracting files (from creating POs to processing invoices). Prepare quotes in accordance with the Foreman’s instructions. Inform customers of any damage and the associated repair costs. Offer support to other assistants during the Foreman’s absence. Perform any other related tasks. Experience and desired skills : Approximately 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint). Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset. Strong proficiency in spoken and written French and English. Attention to detail and precision. Excellent organizational skills and attention to structure. Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
