Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for a Consultant, Parts Systems Optimization & Analytics to support our Parts Operations team. This is a full-time opportunity and will report to the Manager, Parts Operations System and Analytics.
This role serves as the strategic liaison between the Parts Operations Teams and Information Services (IS), owning the end-to-end management of all system issues and enhancements, including full accountability for project completion and the development of essential supporting documentation. As the primary conduit for communication and training, this role leads engagement with Dealers, Zones, Field Staff, and other TCI Departments to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge transfer within the Parts Operations Department.
In addition to overseeing the processing of dealer returns and vendor claims, this role leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all Parts Operations demands and incidents, ensuring system functionality aligns with operational needs. Leveraging deep industry expertise, this role drives the analysis of system data points and Dealer survey results to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. It proactively recommends and champions Kaizen initiatives and enhances operational reporting frameworks to empower executive-level decision-making and support strategic direction.

What You’ll Be Doing System Optimization & Support
- Provide business support for all applications, software and products under Parts Ops (SAP, IBP, EPC, dealer apps, Analytics tools)
- Ensure accurate and reliable data flow between systems and business functions
- Identify and recommend enhancements to processes and systems, engaging internal teams
- Support implementation of innovative, scalable solutions that align with business growth
- SAP setup for new Suppliers, Dealers, parts storage, and distribution.
- Approve/reject vendor claims based off invoices from TMNA and validate status of the claims
- Perform user acceptance testing on completed system enhancements/changes
Stakeholder Engagement & Training
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IS Incidents, Demands, and Issues
- Liaison between Parts Ops leadership and IS for all incident investigation and resolution. Foster strategic partnerships with TMNA, PCC, PCK, PDCs and IS to drive kaizen activities
- Engage with non-technical stakeholders to communicate and support change implementation
- Document Demand Requests and prepare supporting data and business cases for IS
- Provide training and support for Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Inventory Management (IM), IBP.
- Prepare user documentation/Standard Operating Procedures for appropriate stakeholders
Data Analytics
- Use industry knowledge, expertise, and skills to analyze and interpret multiple data sources/systems
- Guide and support Operations Support team members in developing reports and data insights
- Deliver comprehensive results and insights to multiple management levels
- Identify of key trends, risks, and opportunities affecting Parts Operations
- Improve decision-making through visibility into key performance indicators and trends
- Partner with NPSC to cancel aged returns and maintain raw data for return team
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Industry Surveys
- Coordinate and manage surveys with TCI stakeholders and business partners
- Monitor and evaluate survey progress and performance, report to Zones and Management
- Conduct working sessions with Parts Operations teams to address dealer feedback
- Collaborate with OEMs to review and update survey content specific to Toyota
What You’ll Bring
- University degree or College diploma in a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years operations, data and analytics experience
- Advanced technical skills including – SAP, EWM, IM, Power BI, Data Analytics, SAP Business Intelligence, Advanced MS Office
- Professional and customer service focused communication skills - both oral and written
- Quality focused with excellent attention to detail
- High degree of personal initiative
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
