Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Night Cleaner to join our team. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, reliability, and efficiency are paramount. You will be responsible for keeping commercial spaces clean, sanitized, and welcoming, often outside of regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly cleaning for restaurants, offices, mills, and other commercial spaces.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors (including floor waxing and buffing where required).
• Empty trash, sanitize surfaces, and maintain restrooms to the highest standards.
• Follow custom Echo checklists for each site to ensure nothing is missed.
• Report completed inspections and highlight any maintenance or safety issues.
• Work independently while representing Echo’s professional and trustworthy brand.
• Occasionally assist with special projects such as post-construction cleaning, deep cleans, or floor care programs.

Requirements:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required — we will train the right candidate.
• Ability to work night shifts reliably.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and safety protocols.
• Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 kg and standing for extended periods.
• Positive, professional attitude and respect for client spaces.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
