Project Coordinator - Toro
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of window wall and curtain wall projects. This role works closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate contracts, budgets, schedules, and project documentation from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in tracking project performance, schedule, cost, and quality Assist with subcontract administration, including scope definition and progress tracking Coordinate project documentation (RFIs, shop drawings, submittals) and ensure timely processing Participate in change order management, including pricing and impact analysis Assist with tender preparation, subcontract issuance, and progress monitoring Track materials, equipment, and project progress claims/quotations Collaborate with engineering, design, field, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues Support construction coordination, planning, and project closeout activities Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Post-secondary diploma or degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field 2–4 years of construction experience Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project processes Understanding of building codes, construction sequencing, and safety practices Experience with subcontract administration and cost/change management Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities Effective problem-solving and collaboration skills Clear verbal and written communication Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning new systems
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually
