What You’ll Do
- Proactively source, identify, and attract top sales talent through research, networking, and outreach—including cold calls and phone screens.
- Recruit licensed agents using a variety of channels and resources.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Combined Insurance’s value proposition, effectively communicating our strengths to candidates from all backgrounds.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, key players, and competitors to inform your recruiting strategies.
- Execute sourcing strategies using databases, social media, and networking platforms.
- Represent Combined Insurance at career fairs and regional events.
- Facilitate the offer and onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and ensure alignment with our needs.
- Maintain accurate data and oversee recruiting reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Share results, insights, and best practices in team meetings.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting and meeting targets
- Expertise in sourcing techniques
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Confidence in cold calling, networking, and public speaking
- Creative problem-solving and a self-motivated, results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel up to 20% within your region
